Custom orders at loomed.in work differently from standard retail.You are commissioning a piece directly from an artisan — which means the process involves the weaver's input, timeline, and craft.

Request a specific colour combination within a technique. Natural dye colours depend on seasonal availability — we will advise on what is possible.

Motif & Pattern
Choose a traditional motif or describe what you have in mind.The weaver will advise on what is achievable within the technique.

Length & Width
Non-standard saree lengths, fabric by the metre, or wider widths for home textiles can be accommodated depending on the weaver's loom.

Bulk Orders
Wedding sets, corporate gifting,or institutional orders. Minimum quantities apply. Write to us with your requirement and timeline.

Gifting
Special packaging, hand written notes, and gift certificates available for gifting orders. Mention this when you write to us.

Timeline
Custom pieces take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. Rush orders are not possible — the craft sets its own pace.
How to place a custom order
1. Write to enquiry@loomed.in Include the following:
- What you have in mind (technique, colour, pattern, size)
- Your budget range
- Your required delivery date
- Any reference images if you have them
2. We share your brief with the right weaver within 48 hours.
3. The weaver reviews and confirms feasibility and timeline.
4. We send you a quote and advance payment link
5. Weaving begins. We send you progress photos at key stages.
6. Final piece is photographed, packed, and shipped directly from the weaver's household.
